Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a service station / car wash facility in Foster, Rhode Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a service station / car wash facility.

Project (A) is to complete construction of and weather-tight the proposed DPW Wash Bay in accordance with the Conceptual Site Plan provided by JCE. To include rough carpentry, waterproofing and moisture protection insulation and chalking, roofing, doors and hardware, overhead doors, wood framing system and exterior sheathing, red cedar siding, ceiling framing and sheathing. Project (B) is to complete the required electrical work for the completion of the proposed DPW Wash Bay to include mechanical (HVAC), Electrical, and Fire Alarm installation. An electrical installation of 1 subpanel and two (2) 220 and eight (8) 110 interior outlets, eight (8) 110 exterior outlets, eight (8) waterproof interior shop-light lighting fixtures, and three (3) exterior spotlights. HVAC is to be extended from the existing structure into the proposed Wash Bay. Existing electrical within the DPW garage will be extended to provide electrical conduit for the installation of fire alarms in accordance with state fire code. Fire Alarm fixtures must be provided by the bidder.
