Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The Project consists of the installation of multiple drainage improvements along South Raleigh St. including 518 LF of Storm Drain Pipe, 6 Storm Inlets, 5 Storm Manholes, 430 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter, 285 SY of Concrete Sidewalk/Aprons and 150 TN of Asphalt Overlay, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete construction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the prospective Bidder's date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office.
