Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Martinsburg, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Project consists of the complete removal and replacement of the existing concrete pavement lot. The construction includes 437 LF of concrete curb, 50 LF of a concrete curb wall, 55 SY of concrete sidewalk, 1000 SY of 6" concrete pavement, 600 SY of 9" concrete pavement, 13 TN of hot mix asphalt, 388 LF of privacy fence, 55 LF of trench drain, 2 WVDOH Type B inlets, 1 modified WVDOH Type A inlet, 15 LF of 8" corrugated HDPE pipe, 135 LF of 10" corrugated HDPE pipe, 103 LF of 12" corrugated HDPE pipe, and other miscellaneous items needed to complete construction. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc (CEC), 120 Genesis Boulevard, Bridgeport, WV 26330. CEC may be reached at 304-848-7156 or by email at scain@cecinc.com. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am to 4:00 pm. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
