Scope : Flagg Townhouse Apartments Exterior Facia and Trim Painting Project at the Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts in North Adams MA. The project is the repainting of the exterior MDO facia panels, soffits and wood trim requiring a lift at Flagg Townhouse Apartments. Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate. Contractor Qualification: DCAMM Certificate Pre-construction conference: at the Flagg Townhouses, meet at parking lot Flagg H-Block at MCLA. Please review instructions in the bid documents on how to register as an electronic bidder. Tutorials and instructions on how to complete the electronic bid documents are available online. All bids for this project are subject to the applicable provisions of M.G.L. c. 149, 44A-44h inclusive. This Project Is Being Electronically Bid. Hard Copy Bids Will Not Be Accepted The work of this Contract is to repaint the existing MDO facia panels and wood trim on the Flagg Apartments. The work includes surface repair and preparation for the elements to be painted.
