Renovation of a multi-residential development in North Adams, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The North Adams Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids for Fire Repairs at Greylock Valley Apartments, 187-195 Greylock Avenue, North Adams, MA, 01247 in accordance with the documents prepared by EDM Architects. The Project consists of selective demolition, general construction and finishes. Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical scope is included in the construction documents for coordination only. These disciplines will continue by others. Bidder selection, procedures and contract awards shall be in conformity with M.G.L. Chapter 149 Section 44A-H. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J; to minimum wage rates as required by M.G.L. c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive, as well as Federal Davis Bacon wage rates according to wage determination included in bidding documents. The higher of the two wage determinations are to paid.
