Scope : The Town of Sturbridge, through the Senior Center Building Committee, requests qualifications from qualified firms for OPM services for the design and construction of a renovated and expanded Senior Center at 480 Main Street. The Town reserves the right to reject and all proposals; to waive any defects, informalities, and minor irregularities; to award contracts, or to cancel this RFQ if in the Town's best interest to do so. OPM Services will commence immediately upon contract award. election of a Designer is expected to be done by 6/30/22, and Contract Documents complete to go to bid in January 2023.
