Site work for a municipal facility in Sturbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
For furnishing the Brush Grinding at the Sturbridge Landfill All responses for this project are subject to applicable public bidding laws of Massachusetts, including, but not limited to G.L. c.30B 5. The responded agrees that its written response shall be good and may not be withdrawn for a period of 30 days, Saturdays, Sundays and legal holidays excluded, after the opening of the bids. The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities, to accept or reject, in whole or in part any or all bids, or take whatever other action may be deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. The Work consists of grinding/chipping of tree debris and brush piled at the Sturbridge Landfill at 19 Cross Rd (end of Breakneck Rd), Sturbridge and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the requirements attached hereto. The grinding will be stockpiled in a location onsite as directed by Town. The Town will be interested in an optional alternative additional cost for offsite hauling and disposal of chipped/grindings material. The Work to be done and paid for under any item shall not be limited to the exact extent mentioned or described but shall include all incidental work necessary or customarily done for the completion of that item.
