Renovation of a mixed-use development in New Bedford, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Contractor Qualification - DCAMM Certificate. Replacement of four existing air conditioning units with new, removal of miscellaneous obsolete equipment, replacement of heating coils with new VAV with hot water re-heat and removal of two existing air handling units with installation of one new energy recovery air handling unit with VAV with hot water re-heat. DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. Work Included: Provide labor, materials and equipment necessary to complete the work of this Section, including but not limited to the following: 1. Structural steel beams, posts, angle connections, stiffener, bearing and connection plates. 2. Fittings and holes required on structural steel for the assembly or erection of materials and equipment supplied by trades other than structural steel. Coordinate shop attached items required and details with the other affected trades. 3. Metal Grating at Equipment support platform.
