Renovation of a water / sewer project in Hudson, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The Town of Hudson will prequalify General Contractors and Subcontractors for the construction of the Hudson Wastewater Treatment Facility Phase 2 Upgrades. Prequalification will be established through the Request for Qualifications process in accordance with M.G.L.Ch.149 Section 44D1/2 & 44D3/4. Project work includes renovations and equipment upgrades to the Main St Pump Station, Control, Headworks, & Process Buildings; replacement of Trickling Filter and Activated Sludge Clarifier Mechanisms; Aeration System Upgrades; installation of new generators; install/replace slide gates; misc. yard structures and other improvements. Bid Alternate 1 is concrete tank coatings. Sub Bid Deadline 8/3/22 Time 2:00 P.M. The required contract completion period is 730 consecutive days. This RFQ is for Contractor Prequalification and NOT a construction project out to bid. Firms previously prequalified for the Project in March 2022, remain prequalified and do not need to resubmit, refer to RFQ for details. The goals for this project are a minimum of 4.20 percent D/MBE participation and 4.50 percent D/WBE participation by certified DBEs.
