Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a civil project in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
The proposed project involves the replacement of existing reinforced box culverts with roadway bridges at Cadiz Street and Riverfront Blvd locations. The first location of the proposed project is located between Ponds 6 and 7, at the junction of the two ponds and South Riverfront Boulevard. The second location of the proposed project is located between Ponds 4 and 5, at the junction of the two ponds and South Riverfront Boulevard. The final location of the proposed project is located between Ponds 3 and 4, at the junction of the two ponds and Cadiz Street. Plans, Specifications, and the Bid Proposal Spreadsheet will be available via online. M/WBE participation on this contract is as follows: Construction - 32% 411Q-1180, Sect 3 Sheet 28 with the attached. Force Main Plan and Profile - Cadiz Street Bridge. Question Submission Deadline – 05/09/2022 before 4:00 PM (Through Bonfire or email anshi.jin@dallascityhall.com ) 411Q-1180, Sect 3 Sheet 30 with the attached. Water Line Plan and Profile - Cadiz Street Bridge 1. Increase quantity for Bid Item 1500L from 110 linear feet to 220 Linear Feet. 2. Increase quantity for Bid Item 5560L from 30 linear feet to 140 Linear Feet. 3. Increase quantity for Bid Item 6050AG from 150 linear feet to 180 Linear Feet.
