Site work for a water / sewer project in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of approximately: 48" diameter wastewater mains (BOTOC & Open Cut), Multiple manholes, various diameters, 12" water mains, Special 16' diameter manholes (2) polymer concrete, Tie-ins to existing 90-inch wastewater main, Wastewater Bypassing, Abandonment of existing wastewater mains. Bidder agrees that the work covered by the contract award will be completed under the following milestones. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES - Bidder agrees that the work covered by the contract will be assessed liquidated damages in the amount of $1,000.00 per calendar day, for failure to complete within each milestone.
