The City of Lavaltrie is requesting bids for professional quality control services and laboratory tests for urbanization work on part of Route 131. Only professional firms having an establishment in Quebec or, when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province covered by this agreement are authorized to bid.
For any information, the tenderer must contact Mr. Marc-Andre Desjardins, assistant clerk by email: graft@ville.lavaltrie.qc.ca SUMMARY OF REQUIREMENTS Only bids sent on the forms provided by the City and accompanied by all the required documents will be taken into consideration.
The tenderer must place in sealed opaque envelopes, one original copy and two copies of his tender including all the required documents. The envelopes must be identified, in accordance with the estimate and bearing the mention: Call for tenders no : 2022-04-01 /AOP - Title of the file: Professional services of quality control and laboratory tests for urbanization works of part of Route 131.
To be valid and considered, bids must be received physically at the counter of the town hall, at 1370, rue Notre-Dame in Lavaltrie, during regular business hours. They will be opened publicly after the close of the submission period.
The deadline for submitting a bid is May 2, 2022 at 10 a.m. local time. It is the responsibility of the tenderer to request a certificate of submission of his tender within the legal deadline, which will be issued by a representative of the City; only this certificate is evidence of such deposit. Ville de Lavaltrie does not undertake to retain any of the tenders received, even the one having obtained the best final score. This call for tenders is made under the provisions of section 573 and following of the Cities and Towns Act .
