Reference number : 1591836 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-04-25 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Saint-Gabriel-de-Brandon requires tenders for Snow removal and maintenance service contract of the sector #1 road network For two (2) seasons 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 sanding included and for two (2) seasons 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 sanding not included As well as For four (4) seasons: 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 sandblasting included and for four (4) seasons 2022-2023, 2023-2024, 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 sandblasting not included The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by a resolution of its council.
