Renovation of a municipal facility in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of July 1, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. HVAC Replacement The CAWCD is seeking a qualified CMAR to provide design phase assistance and complete construction services for the CAWCD Headquarters Building 2 HVAC Replacement. The estimated construction budget is $4.3 Million. The Central Arizona Project Headquarters is located at 23636 N 7th Street in Phoenix, AZ. HDQ Building 2 consists of a combination of office space, conference rooms, and three large high bay areas serving the auto shop (North Quad), machine shop (West Quad), and warehouse (South Quad). The Central Core (two-story) of HDQ2 serves as the main office space for CAWCDs Engineering and Maintenance organizations. The spaces affected by this project encompass a total area of approximately 117,400 SF. Most of the HVAC system serving the East Quad (17,000 SF) was replaced in 2017 and is not be included in this project.
