Pre-bid meeting: none Written requests for information related to this ITB shall be directed to the Procurement Office, Charlotte DeStephano, Procurement Specialist, by email at Charlotte.DeStephano@calvertcountymd.gov. The term of this Contract shall be for one (1) year from date indicated in the Notice to Proceed, or otherwise indicated by Calvert County Government, with the option of extending the Contract for four (4) additional one (1) year periods under the same terms and conditions. Initial written questions shall be due on or before Friday, April 29, 2022 by 2:30 P.M.Final written questions shall be due on or before Monday, May 9, 2022 by 2:30 P.M.All questions shall be submitted to the procurement office at Charlotte.DeStephano@calvertcountymd.gov. The Board of County Commissioners of Calvert County, Maryland reserves the right to reject bids improperly labeled The right is hereby reserved to reject any or all proposals, and to waive informalities, as the interest of Calvert County Government may require. Calvert County Government reserves the right to accept or reject any deviation.
