Schedule A: Design, Supply, and Installation of an Outdoor Fitness Center SIZE - Minimum 30FT by 15FT The Town's intent of this Tender is to obtain pricing from interested vendors for the design, supply, and installation of a creative outdoor fitness center that will appeal to a diverse group of users. Diversity of fitness equipment for ages 13 years and older and a wide variety of fitness levels are key factors for this proposal as well as maximum value. Proposal must include but not limited to: Pricing for design, supply, and installation broke down into - equipment, surfacing and installation Concrete base/curbing Pour in place rubberized safety surfacing Designed for minimum of 10 users at one time Detailed 3 Dimensional drawings, to scale Description of each component incorporated within the playground structure proposed A maintenance kit must be provided including hand tools, an assortment of spare hardware/ fasteners, maintenance manual and touch up paint. Current pricing for yearly protective coating for future maintenance to keep surfacing protected and looking fresh (not included in tender price just reference for future maintenance) Earliest installation date Schedule B: Resurfacing of Existing Splash Park The Town is looking to obtain proposals for resurfacing of our existing splash park. The splash park is approximately 4078 SQ FT. It will be the responsibility of the contractor to verify exact dimensions prior to ordering material and installation. Current surface has 4 colours making up a bird themed design (see image below). New surfacing is to have the same design. Proposal must include but not limited to: Pricing for supply and installation of new surfacing - please have 2 prices: one with the Town removing existing rubber, and second with bidder removing existing rubber.
