Reference Number 0000221728 Source ID PV.MN.MB.498.C107241 Bid Intent Not Available Questions are submitted online No The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Health, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents meeting the requirements contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) to provide: Monthly examination and maintenance services for an EXEL passenger elevator and a Gault Reliance Dumbwaiter Repair services for the EXEL passenger elevator and the Gault Reliance Dumbwaiter, on a when and as-needed basis, including urgent/emergent situations on a 24 hours/day, 365 days per year. Above services to provided to Cadham Provincial Laboratory, at 750 William Avenue, in Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3E 3J7. The Agreement shall be in effect from the time the Agreement is signed by both parties, for a period of two (2) years. Manitoba will have the option to extend the Agreement for an additional one (1) year period, at their sole discretion. The maximum period of the Agreement is not to exceed three (3) years.
