The City of Dawson Creek requests quotations for the supply and delivery of approximately 1,000 tonnes of 19mm minus crushed gravel each year in 2022 and 2023, City Yards located at 92 Vic Turner Road, as well as the supply and delivery of approximately 9,000 tonnes to various City roads for the purposes of gravel road rehabilitation in 2022. This material is to be delivered to various locations within City limits by the successful bidder. Bidders must refer to the RFQ Documents for the terms governing the Bid process. Quotations shall be prepared and submitted at the sole expense of the Bidder and without cost to the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek. All quotations received by the City of Dawson Creek Corporate Officer become the property of the Corporation of the City of Dawson Creek and as such are subject to the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act. The City of Dawson Creek will not accept bids submitted from companies that are owned by City employees.
