EWEB requires professional services from an IBEW signatory Contractor to remove and replace damaged power poles at EWEB's Oak Grove to Lake Harriet 115 kV transmission line in Clackamas County. Bidders shall meet Minimum Contractor Qualifications as defined in the bid packages. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, tools, machinery, materials, transportation, mobilization/demobilization, equipment and services necessary for, and reasonably incidental to, the completion of all work in connection with the project described in the Contract, the General Conditions, all applicable special conditions, plans, specifications, or any supplementals. The bid response and one electronic copy of the bid response (flash drive acceptable) shall be sealed and delivered to EWEB's Purchasing Department, prior to the bid closing time and date stated in the Invitation to Bid/Advertisement (Section 00100).
