Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. There is no site visit scheduled for this opportunity. The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $160,000.00 for the initial two (2) year term from the Notification of Award. If mutually agreed, the Standing Offer may be extended for an additional three (3), one (1) year periods and may be increased in the order of $240,000.00 at any time for the duration of the Standing Offer. Inquiries relating to this solicitation are to be directed only to the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. Bidders who contact anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority to obtain clarifications during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
