The work will be funded by the Borough of Rocky Hill. The major construction items include: Base Bid Princeton Avenue: 5,178 s.y. Roadway Milling 0"-2"; 600 tons of HMA 9.5M-64 surface course 2" thick; 300 s.y. of HMA 19M-64 base repair 5" thick, 200 s.y. reinforced concrete sidewalk 4" thick, 1,200 l.f. concrete curb; 8 unit's inlet repair Type B; 800 s.y. topsoil restoration and other lawn restoration and incidental items. Bidders are required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing Wage Act and the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. The Borough of Flemington Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the Borough of Flemington Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the Borough Clerk's Office, 15 Montgomery Avenue Rocky Hill, NJ 08553 and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law.
