**As of February 7, 2022 the project has not been awarded yet.** The work will be funded by the Borough of Rocky Hill. The major construction items include: Base Bid: 1 unit remove and replace fire hydrants; 3 units remove and replace 6 gate valves; 6 units install curb stop and valve box and various other restoration items. The Borough shall reserve the right to award the Base Bid or to reject all bids in accordance with the Local Public Contracts Law. Bidders are required to conform to all provisions of the Local Public Contracts Law, the Prevailing Wage Act and the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127. The Borough of Rocky Hill Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality in any bid inuring to the benefit of the Borough of Rocky Hill. The Borough of Rocky Hill Engineer upon proper one-day advance notice will furnish bidders with a copy of the drawings and Specifications via email in PDF form. Bids must be made on standard proposal forms in the manner designated therein, and required by the specifications, must be enclosed in sealed envelopes, bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the project on the outside, addressed to the office of Martucci Engineering LLC 49 East Main Street Flemington, NJ 08822 and must be accompanied by a Non-Collusion Affidavit and a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, providing said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place on or before the hour named above.
