Site work and paving for a road / highway in Epsom, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

This project will combine two roads where the work is approximately one quarter of a mile apart. o Swamp Road is approximately forty-three hundred and two (4302) feet long by twenty-two (22) feet wide. o Mount Delight Road is approximately fifteen hundred and sixty-seven (1567) feet long by twentytwo (22) feet wide. The roads will need to be ground with a reclaim machine, graded and compacted with water. The roads will be paved with NHDOT state spec. 3/4 inch winter binder. Shoulder gravel will need to be placed with a shoulder machine two (2) feet wide. The contractor awarded the bid will be responsible for traffic control with a minimum of two traffic control people. The Contractor agrees that it will carry any and all insurance which will protect it, the Town of Epsom and their officials, agents, volunteers and employees from any and all claims and demands, costs, damages, loss of service or consortium, expenses, compensation, and attorney's fees including but not limited to any and all claims for personal injury and/or death, workers compensation injuries, and property damages which may in any way, arise from or out of the operations of the Contractor whether such operations be performed by the Contractor itself, anyone directly or indirectly employed by it or any other persons or company retained in any way to carry on all or portion of the operations, activities or work required by or related to the Contract. The Contractor further agrees that the Town of Epsom and its officials, agents, volunteers and employees shall be named as an additional insured in any and all such liability insurance policies required by the Town of Epsom.
