Renovation of a municipal facility in Amite, Louisiana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As a requirement under Louisiana Revised Statute 37:2163, this project is classified as BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. In accordance with R.S 38:2212 (A) (1)(b), the provisions and requirements stated in the Advertisement for Bids and those required on the Bid Form shall not be considered as informalities and shall not be waned.
