Site work and paving for a civil project in Robbinsdale, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
The project will include the following approximate quantities: 900 lineal feet of Sanitary Sewer 1,600 lineal feet of Water Main 330 lineal feet of Steel Casing Pipe, Jacked 670 lineal feet of Storm Sewer 1,930 lineal feet of Concrete Curb & Gutter 325 square yards of Concrete Pavement 5,300 square yards of Bituminous Pavement 1,750 square yards of Turf Establishment. No bid will be considered unless it is securely sealed in an envelope and filed with the City prior to the time noted above for the closing of the bids. All bids must be presented on the standard bid form attached to and made a part of the proposed contract documents as prepared by the City Engineer. Proposals arriving after the designated time will be returned, unopened. No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least 60 days after the scheduled opening of the bids, without the consent of the City Council of the City of Robbinsdale. In order to help determine responsibility, contractors will be required to complete a Contractor Questionnaire, which must be submitted in a separate envelope and attached to the exterior of the bid envelope. Bid will not be opened if questionnaire is not attached to exterior of bid envelope.
