The Dubuque County Board of Supervisors is seeking a bid for the purchase of a new AV equipment in the room known as Courtroom #3, located inside the Dubuque County Courthouse. Questions regarding this request may be made to the IT Director at nathan.gilmore@dubuquecountyiowa.gov The Board of Supervisors will receive the bid recommendation from the IT Director at a Board Meeting scheduled to be held on May 9th, 2022. The Board of Supervisors will approve the vendor contract on May 9th, 2022. All bids must be filed out on the forms furnished by Dubuque County. Bids containing any reservations not provided for in the forms furnished may be rejected, and the County Board reserves the right to waive technicalities and to reject any or all quotes.
