Aquis/flexible Start Time: 120 Electronic bids are requested for an Incentive-Disincentive contract that consists of Widen & Resurface Existing Lanes along SR A1A / South Roosevelt BLVD from Bertha Street to End of Smathers Beach. Resurfacing along SR 5/ Whitehead Street from Fleming Street to West of Truman Ave. Pavement Only Resurface (Flex) along SR 5/ Frontage Road at Boca Chica Key. Resurfacing Ride Only along SR A1A / South Roosevelt BLVD from Go Lane to North of Roosevelt BLVD and Traffic Operations Improvement along SR A1A / South Roosevelt BLVD from East of La Brisa to East of Key West of the Sea in Monroe County. The summary of pay items for this project is listed in the plans. Prequalification is required For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
