The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the Challenge Courses Repair & Construction at Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Avenue, San Luis Obispo, California, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) The Prime Contractor shall self-perform on the site (trade work) with its own organization, work equivalent to at least twenty percent (20%) of the total amount of work to be performed under the contract. The Prime Contractor shall provide at all times sufficient competent labor, materials, and equipment to properly carry on the work and to insure completion within the time agreed. Bidders are not required to visit the worksite. Bidders are responsible for satisfying themselves as to the local conditions, to accurately measure area and insure the actual area of work for the preparation of their bid. Contractors bidding without visiting the worksite, do so at their own risk. The Prime Contractor Must be an Association of Challenge Course Technology (ACCT) Accredited Professional Vendor Member. The Prime Contractor shall be the holder of the ACCT Membership The Prime Contractor Must Possess an A General Engineering Contractors License issued by CSLB or subcontract to an A General Engineering Contractors License issued by CSLB.
