The Department of Highway Patrol (CHP) is soliciting bids from firms that are able to provide Above The Ground Fuel Tank Removal Services, at Tracy Area Office. Bids must address all of the services described in exhibit A entitled "Scope Of Work" that is included in the Proposed Agreement forms/exhibit sections of the IFB # 21C266000.Proposed Start Date of Agreement July 01, 2022,Questions Due May 26, 2022 @ 05:00 p.m.CHP reserves the right to reject all bids and to cancel this IFB if it is in the best interest of CHP to do so DVBE participation requirement of 5% 1.Work includes removal and decommissioning of the aboveground fuel and waste oil storage tanks, associated dispenser, fuel pumps, lighting, structure, tank pad (if required), drive pads, vent and vent line, fuel supply, vapor recovery line, associated piping, electrical conduit and wiring, and associated equipment and components for the fueling station. 2. All services taken back to their location. Circuits are to be disabled in accordance withall codes and regulations (Title 19, Public Safety and Title 24, Building Standards Code of the California Code of Regulations [CCR] and the National Electric Code). All mechanical associated with the removal to be taken back original point of service. Ensure that all abandoned utilities are mined out and terminated to the source location. Remove spare circuit breakers, leave on site, and blanked off. The term of the resulting agreement is anticipated to be effective from July 01, 2022 through December 31, 2022
