El Pescadero Park Soundwall Extension Project The Project is located at 250 W Kavanagh, Tracy, CA, in El Pescadero Park. Work will include but is not limited to: Installation of 307 linear feet of concrete masonry unit walls and foundations, mobilization, temporary construction fencing, tree protection, and all other required work. Time for Completion. The planned timeframe for work is between August 2022 and October 2022. Contract time to be sixty (60) calendar days. License. This Project requires a valid California contractor's license for the following classification(s): Class A, General Engineering Contractor's License. DIR Registration. Contractor must submit proof of DIR Registration with Bid Proposal. See Instructions to Bidders. Prevailing Wage Requirements. This Project is subject to the prevailing wage requirements, available at City Engineer's office or online Bonds - The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the maximum Contract Price, and a warranty bond for 10% of the maximum Contract Price. Substitution of appropriate securities in lieu of retention amounts from progress payments is permitted under Public Contract Code section 22300. A completed Subcontractor List form must be submitted with the Bid Proposal in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-bid meeting will NOT BE HELD. The project site is open to the public. Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to bidding.
