SCOPE OF WORK: 1. Furnish and install one (1) 14H x 12 6 W Model ESD10 (or equal), Color TBD, with a 130 mph wind rating, 2 5/8 slats with center windows (3 tall x 3 wide), commercial safety edge, LH Mount Operator, Mount to Steel. 2. Furnish and install one (1) 12 H x 12 6 W Model ESD10 (or equal), Color TBD, with a 130 mph wind rating, 2 5/8 slats with center windows (3 tall x 3 wide), commercial safety edge, LH Mount Operator, Mount to Steel. 3. Two (2) Cornell U. S. Gearhead, 1/2 HP, single phase 240v, 1 RH Mount, 1 LH Mount Comes with Light curtains. 4. Remove and haul away old doors. 5. 20 ft. stick 4x4x 3/16, angle. 6.
