Demo all three bathrooms (remove vanities, toilets, shower/tub, and flooring). 2. Replace any drywall and patch where needed or if damaged during demo. 3. Install 3 new Dreamline QWALL-5 White 32-in x 48-in x 77-in base/wall alcove shower kit, or equivalent in price and quality. 4. Install new Pfister Bronson Tuscan Bronze 1-handle shower facet in all three showers, or equivalent in price and quality. 5. Install 2 new Ellenbee 48-in gray single sink bathroom vanity with white cultured marble top in both upstairs bathrooms, and one Ellenbee 36-in gray single sink bathroom vanity with white cultured marble top in downstairs bathroom, or equivalent in price and quality. Vanities shall be outfitted with Pfister auden Tuscan bronze 2-handle widespread watersense bathroom sink faucet with drain, or equivalent in price and quality. 6. Install Dreamwalls 36-in W x 36-in H square beveled frameless lighted wall mirrors, or equivalent in price and quality, over each sink with vanity. Install allen + roth wyatt modern farmhouse vanity 3-light bronze farmhouse vanity light, or equivalent in price and quality, above each mirror and vanity in all three bathrooms. Contractor responsible for any additional/change in wiring necessary. 7. Install new toilets in each bathroom. Must be Kohler highline white elongated chair height 2-piece watersense toilet 12-in rough in size (ADA compliant), or equivalent in price and quality, in all three bathrooms. 8. Install new pex plumbing to all fixtures (from wall studs to fixtures). 9. Paint all walls in paint provided by SCDNR. 10. Install and paint new trim in white. 11. Remove and replace any subfloors that are rotten. 12. Install new smartcore Monroe oak 5-in wide x 6 1/2 -mm thick waterproof interlocking luxury vinyl plank flooring, or equivalent in price and quality. Color and design must be approved before installation. 13. The contractor shall keep the job site clean and free from an accumulation of debris or materials during the project. At the completion of the work, the entire facility shall be left clean. 14. Contractor must dispose of all demo materials offsite
