Location #1 is Mason Circle North, both lanes, (approximately 13' wide each lane) from entrance at Commercial Boulevard approximately 416' (four hundred sixteen feet) East. This street is required to have MoDOT Style Epoxy Coated Dowel Baskets in plane wire frame at each section joint. The scope of this project includes the removal and replacement of concrete street slabs and the rock subbase beneath the slabs in two separate locations. Location #1 is on Mason Circle North located in an industrial park off Missouri Route 61/67 (Commercial Boulevard) approximately one half (1/2) mile north of Route Z. Location #2 is the end cul-de-sac on Sunridge Trail South in Blackberry Hills subdivision, south of east third street. Pursuant to Section 290.230 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, public works projects valued $75,000 or less are not subject to the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law. Concrete slab replacement projects are considered public works projects, but the anticipated total cost of this project is less than $75,000. However, if the awarded bid equals or exceeds $75,000, or if the actual final cost of the project equals or exceeds $75,000, the selected contractor will be required to abide by all requirements of the Missouri Prevailing Wage Law.
