Renovation of a municipal facility in Kearney, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Town of Kearney wishes to provide notice of the current tendering of Community Hall and Kitchen Renovations to the existing building located at 8 Main Street, Kearney Ontario. The scope of work for the project includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: - Interior removal and demolition work as required to accommodate new Work. - New partition framing, acoustic blanket and gypsum wallboard work, metal door and frame systems c/w door hardware, acoustical ceilings and gypsum wallboard bulkheads, finished flooring, millwork, paint finishes, wall tiling and washrooms accessories. - Removal and reinstating floor finishes and concrete floor slab construction as required to accommodate under slab sanitary piping work. - Structural steel mezzanine and associated concrete piers, footings and floor slab. - New steel stair c/w handrail and guardrail. -Reroofing of a portion of the existing roof and miscellaneous repairs and upgrades to existing exterior finishes. - New food services equipment work. - Associated mechanical, electrical and fire protection work. General Contractors and Major Mechanical and Electrical Subcontractors may obtain Bid Documents, electronically in .PDF format, after 4:00p.m. on Thursday, April 14th, 2022, by submitting an e-mail request addressed to the Consultant at tenders@leaainc.com
