The County of Wayne is requesting bids for the Rouge Valley Sewerage Disposal System (RVSDS) Phase 1E pipeline rehabilitation project which includes approximately 4,000 feet of 48-inch lining and grouting with associated restoration, Phase 1F abandonment of the existing siphon and construction of three (3) new barrel siphons under the Lower Rouge River, and Phase 1G LS1A lift station upgrades.
