BUILDING IMPROVEMENTS PARDEE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The Board of Education of the Dearborn Heights School District #7, Wayne County, Michigan, will receive sealed bids for various building improvements throughout the building at Pardee Elementary School, 4650 Pardee Avenue, Dearborn Heights, MI 48125. The work generally consists of: Removal and replacement of existing flooring and base Removal and replacement of interior and exterior doors Removal of clerestory corridor windows and infill wall framing Installation of new suspended acoustic ceiling systems and lighting Painting Installation of masonry wall, finishes, and electrical for new electric water cooler Roofing replacement, gutters & downspouts, and other improvements to a storage building Construct a new parking lot and make improvements to an existing parking lot The School Board will not consider, accept, or open a bid received after the date and time specified for bid submission in this advertisement for bid. The bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the Owner or any employee of the bidder and any member of the Board of Education of the School District.
