Renovation of an educational facility in Atlanta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 94,115-square-foot, four-story above grade educational facility.
The scope of work for this project includes the renovation of the 2nd, 4th, 7th, and 9th floors. Renovation work includes but is not limited to: demolition of existing partitions, the construction of new partitions to include storefront glass, flooring, acoustical ceiling tile and grid, MEP modifications, low voltage, painting, and lighting installation. The space will consist of mainly offices, conference rooms, computer labs, and student space.
