Reference Number 0000221841 Source ID PP.CO.ON.591493.C110537 Question Acceptance Deadline 2022/04/22 05:00:00 PM EDT Questions are submitted online Yes The purpose of this building condition assessment (BCA) is to provide condition updates of the facilities at 125 Resources Road and 101 Resources Road (Boat house storage only) (the "Facility") and the overall condition of the subject building(s) within the Facility (base-building systems) and Ministry (ministry owned and maintained systems) within each as outlined in the RFP. This condition assessment will assist the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) in understanding the current condition of the buildings and any future fiscal planning required to maintain operations (work environment and access for the public and staff) within the Facility based on Tier 1 facilities within provincial portfolio. The condition assessment is only to detail any elements that have not been included in previously completed reports or significantly changed since the last assessment and/or are recent issues that have developed following the completion of the latest studies. This BCA will provide MECP (Client) a holistic view of the facilities condition as of 2022 and recommendations on the priority level, scope and budgetary costs for any indicated repairs required to maintain building and operations. This assessment will review the individual components including differentiation of base-building (provincially maintained versus tenant-maintained systems). The BCA will include existing document review, consultation sessions, component review and the development of a final report indicating condition assessment of components not indicated previously. The final report shall be focused on summarizing the current findings and prioritized recommendations. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
