The Project overview is as follows: Project Location & Background: The City of West Palm Beach (City) has received a grant from the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) through the Local Agency Program (LAP) to develop, design and construct American Disability Act (ADA) improvements, sidewalks, crosswalks and mill and resurface the roads throughout the North Section of the Northwood Hills Neighborhood, under a separate project (Northmore Elementary Sidewalks Project). Pursuant to the terms of the grant, the Northmore Elementary Sidewalks Project must start construction in October 2022 and be completed no later December 2023.
