As of May 20, 2022 This project is awarded to Your Way Construction with awarded amount of $2,862,524.50. The Project consists of a new turf field in place of the existing grass fields, field lighting, constructing walkways around the fields, fencing, stormwater management facility, stormwater conveyance system, sanitary sewer, and associated amenities at Rabkin Park. The fields will serve as a playing surface for soccer (both regulation and youth soccer), football, baseball, and field hockey. Further, the Owner reserves the right to abandon the project and reject the bids entirely if any legal or state or federal administrative action is taken against the Owner which could delay or jeopardize the project from commencing.All work on this contract must be completed within 150 calendar days from issuance of a Notice to Proceed.
