Reference number : 1594890 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2022-05-02 Submission sent electronically accepted: Nope The Municipality of Saint-Nérée-de-Bellechasse requires tenders for the winter maintenance of the roads under its responsibility . Work includes, but is not limited to, snow removal, de-icing, snow blowing and pavement maintenance. The bid request aims to conclude a contract for a period of one (1) year (2022-2023), 3 years (2022-2023 to 2024-2025) and 5 years (2022-2023 to 2026-2027). The Municipality does not undertake to accept either the lowest tender or any of the tenders received, and it declines all responsibility with regard to one or other of the tenderers in the event of rejection of all the tenders. The contract is awarded by decision of the Council of the Municipality, at its sole discretion, and the Municipality cannot be bound in any way other than by resolution of its Council. A bid bond equal to 10% of the price submitted for the one (1) year contract must accompany the bid. If the Bidder does not submit a bid for a one (1) year contract, the bid security must be equal to 10% of the price submitted for the first year (2022-2023) of a three (3) contract. years or five (5) years.
