SITE VISIT The MELCC is not organizing any site visit for this call for tenders. SUPPLIERS ALLOWED TO PRESENT A TENDER Only those suppliers who have the required qualifications, who have an establishment in Quebec or in the territories covered by the applicable agreements. TENDER SECURITY FOR A MINIMUM AMOUNT OF: 10% of the amount of the tender if the guarantee is in the form of a bond and 5% of the amount of the tender, if the guarantee is in another form (a certified cheque, a money order, a draft, an irrevocable letter of guarantee). THE MINISTRY DOES NOT COMMIT TO ACCEPTING ANY OF THE TENDERS RECEIVED, EVEN THE LOWEST COMPLIANT TENDERS.
