Request for Qualifications Program Management/Continuing Engineering Services Contract Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners is calling for and requesting for qualifications from qualified professional engineering firms to provide economic development program management support services, general engineering services, technical management, administrative services and other miscellaneous engineering and planning services. All proposals shall be considered in accordance with the Florida Competitive Consultant Negotiations Act.(F.S. 287.055) and Office of Management and Budget Uniform Guidance for Federal Awards (2 CFR 200). Questions concerning this request should be directed to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Office in writing at bidinfo@santarosa.fl.gov prior to 12:00 p.m. on May 4, 2022.
