This Invitation to Tender (the "ITT") is an invitation by The Corporation of the Town of The Blue Mountains (the "Town") to prospective bidders to submit bids for Watermain Replacement and Sanitary Servicing on Birch View Trail, as further described in Section A of the ITT Particulars (Appendix B) (the "Deliverables"). The area of work is within the existing road allowance on Birch View Trail, in Craigleith. The work includes the installation of a new gravity and low pressure forcemain sanitary, replacement of the existing watermain and sanitary and road reconstruction.
