Renovation of a municipal facility in Essexville, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
16-gauge steel or greater. . Door size: 32" wide x 80" tall x 1 %" thick. . Fire rating of 90 minutes minimum. . Possess a 6" x 6" exposed security lite . Possess a 20" x 8" security louver vent . Possess a 16" x 5" security food pass through/cuff port. . Each door shall be fabricated or stamped to accommodate current hinge location (hinges will be new) and existing latches and locks. The latches and locks will be reused. . Existing door frames will be utilized so new doors should be tailored made for each individual doorframe/way. Each doorframe must be measured Bay County Buildings and Grounds on behalf of the Bay County Juvenile Home is requesting competitive sealed bids for replacement of 17 cell doors in the East and West wings of the Juvenile Home Facility.
