To provide an Architect and Engineering Agent of Record for EssexvilleHampton Public Schools 1/11/2023 12:00 PM Deadline to submit clarifying questions 1/16/2023 12:00 PM Responses to questions to be posted Any and all clarification questions pertaining to this RFP must be submitted in writing via gwizdalam@e-hps.net Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or a satisfactory Security Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid price as guaranty. No bid shall be considered unless it is accompanied by the required guaranty. Bid security oblige is Essexville-Hampton Public Schools. Such cash, checks, or bid bonds will be returned within five (5) days after the opening of bids, or if no award has been made, within fortyfive (45) days after the date of the opening of bids, upon demand of the bidder at any time thereafter, so long as he/she has not been notified of the acceptance of their bid. The successful bidders will be required to furnish a satisfactory performance and labor and material payment bond each in an amount equal to 25 percent of the Contract Sum, within ten (10) days after notification of intent to enter into Contract. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of proposal guaranty. Essexville-Hampton Public Schools reserves the right to waive any irregularities, reject any or all bids, or accept any bid when in the opinion of the Board such action will best serve the District's interest.
