Renovation of an educational facility in Indianapolis, Indiana. Working plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The Bid opening is postponed indefinitely. A new Bid date will be announced as soon as possible. The Pre-Bid meeting is postponed indefinitely. A new Pre-Bid meeting date will be announced as soon as possible. The Work in this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Remove, retrofit and replace existing light fixtures, switches and occupancy sensors with new LED light fixtures, wiring devices, occupancy sensors and controls. 2. Modify conduit and conductors as required by the removal of existing light fixtures, switches, lighting controls and installation of new switches, occupancy sensors and LED light fixtures. 3. Create and maintain spread sheets showing quantity, type and wattage of light fixtures being removed. Update spread sheet on a daily basis. At end of project submit spread sheets in report to Owner. Spread sheets will be used to monitor progress of the project and by Owners representative to apply for energy saving rebates from electric utility at completion of project
