This Request for Qualifications from Lee County (dba Lee Ogle Transportation System) is officially seeking Statement of Qualifications for a qualified Architectural/Engineering Firm to provide design plans to Lee Ogle Transportation System (LOTS), which serves the north central Illinois counties of Lee and Ogle Counties. Lee County/LOTS desires to choose the best qualified Architectural/Engineering Firms based on the Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) and is in accordance with the requirements contained in the Request for Qualifications. Architectural/Engineering Firms are advised to read the Request for Qualifications in its entirety, noting all requirements. Failure to provide all requested information may cause the proposal to be considered unresponsive. The SOQ must be signed by an authorized official of the qualified Architectural/Engineering Firms and submitted in a sealed envelope or other sealed container and labeled with the Request for Qualifications Title as stated above. This request does not commit Lee County/LOTS to award nor pay any costs incurred in the preparation of the SOQs by any submitter nor to contract for any services. Lee County/LOTS reserves the right to reject any or all SOQs received, or to cancel in part or in its entirety the Request, if it becomes in the best interest of Lee County/LOTS to do so. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
