The Oregon Park District will be accepting sealed bids for the 2023 Nash Recreation Center Air Handler Pre-Purchase, located at the Nash Recreation Center, 304 S. 5 th St. Oregon, IL Additional information may be found by contacting Matthew Downing, Deputy Superintendent of Facilities, at matthew@oregonpark.org or by calling (815)732-3101. Contractor shall not pay less than the prevailing rates of wages to all laborers, workmen, and mechanics, performing work under this pre-purchase and shall comply with the requirements of the IL Wages of Employees on Public Works Act (820 ILCS130/1-12) The Oregon Park District reserves the unrestricted right to reject any or all bids received, to waive or not to waive any informality or to accept the bid considered to be in the best interest of the Park District
