The Kentucky Association of Counties, Inc. (KACo) is requesting proposals for a multi-year Lawn Maintenance/Landscaping Upkeep services for a multi-acre property located at 400 Englewood Drive, Frankfort, KY 40601. The property, which contains three buildings, is landscaped. The work to be performed includes: Grass cutting (estimated April 1 through November 30) Periodic lawn treatment services Tree and bush trimming, as needed or requested Provision and installation of mulch and landscape rock annually The proposal should not include the cost of mulch and landscape rock. KACo will be responsible for the actual cost of the mulch and landscape rock with the successful respondent being responsible for ordering and delivery KACo may request additional landscaping services be performed at an additional cost agreeable to both parties. Please provide a list of other services that can be provided upon request. KACo reserves the right to utilize additional factors contained within any bid proposal. KACo reserves the right to negotiate with any respondent. KACo reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
